Complete repairs, schedule professional cleaning, arrange staging. Professional photography and videography session.

Listing Day

Your home goes live on MLS®. Marketing begins — social media, email campaigns, and networking with other agents.

Weeks 1–3 on Market

Showings, open houses, and offer negotiations. Most well-priced Mountain homes sell within 2–3 weeks.

Offer Accepted → Closing

Typically 30–90 days from accepted offer to closing. This period includes home inspection, appraisals, and finalizing financing.
